Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, our customer support team will provide you with return instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or pet bed type, please contact us for instructions. 
Return shipping costs for exchanges, or change of mind, are borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

Damages
Please completely inspect your pet bed upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item simply contact us so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

When designing our products, we have focused on comfort for improved rest and sleep and reducing pet anxiety. While trying to be as sustainable as possible, our beds are not bite and/or scratch-proof. If your pet bed has been damaged due to general wear and tear, we are unable to replace it.

However, we are able to extend the life of any used product by offering separate covers and padding for all of our pet bed range, which can be purchased by reaching out via our contact us page.

Refunds
We will notify you once our quality assurance team has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item has met our return policy criteria. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product price to your original payment method account.
