Shipping policy

 

All calming pet beds are made to order. This process takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email before your custom-made bed is made and ready to be shipped.

Next, items are picked up by our shipping partner and sent to a sorting facility.
Once scanned into their system, a unique tracking code is uploaded into our system.

You will receive automated delivery status notifications to your nominated email address so that you can keep track of your order and know the day it is arriving. 

You can expect your order to arrive within 7-12 business days of order completion for tracked shipping, which is provided free of charge across the USA for all purchases.
